Glenn Cobb, RCE, Chief Staff Executive
Glenn is the Chief Administrative Officer and manages business affairs of our association as well as supervises and directs
staff operations. In addition, the CSE executes decisions of the Board of Directors for WSRAR and its divisions.
Nancy Gould , RLA, AICP, Governmental Affairs Director
Nancy is the newest member to our team. She is a representative for the REALTOR® and Home Builder Associations and her responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing current events, trends and issues in legislative, regulatory and other areas that have an impact on the local housing and real estate industry. She also offers operational support to the Joint Legislative Committee of the REALTOR® and Home Builder Associations.
Frances Gough, Administrative Assistant
Frances receives the calls that come into the office and is responsible for greeting our visitors as well. She handles both sales and inventory for the REALTOR® Store and maintains the calendar and meeting schedules for the office. She also acts as the back up support for the handling of Supra products and serves as the Administrative Assistant to
the EVP.
Susan Jester, e-Pro,
MLS/RCA Coordinator
Susan serves as the administrative assistant to the Multiple Listing Service and the
REALTORS® Commercial Alliance Board of Directors. Her position makes her the point of contact for new agents regarding MLS access. Additionally she works as the administrator and trainer for Supra Display Key and
E-key and also maintains the company MLS roster and adds new MLS companies and agents to the
Rapattoni database.
Glenda McCormick,
e-Pro, Member Services Director
Glenda is a certified NAR Professional Standards
Administrator supporting the Grievance and Professional Standards
Committees. She works with the Membership Development Committee
bringing together breakfast meetings and the Learn @ Lunches.
Tracy Roberts, RCE,
e-Pro, Finance Director
Tracy serves as the chief accounting officer and manager of the membership database. She keeps all financial records for the Association and its divisions, including performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. She assists with the preparation of annual budgets and prepares monthly financial statements. Tracy serves as the staff liaison to the Budget & Finance Committee, Bylaws Committee, Charitable Fund Task Force, Nominating Committee, Property Management Division, and WSRAR Board of Directors. She processes membership renewals and resignations and assists with processing applications for new and transferring members. Tracy is the point of contact for our membership records in the National REALTORS ® Database System and she ensures our membership data is accurate at the state and national associations. She also performs network and system administration duties.
Heather Miller, Marketing Director
Heather oversees WSRAR’s external and internal communications. She also edits the association’s weekly reports and monthly e-Professional Edge Newsletter.
Heather also acts as the website’s administrator and coordinates programs, events and volunteers of WSRAR’s community service projects such as the SCAN golf tournament, Habitat for Humanity's ReStore Spaces event, and the Children’s Center Holiday Programs.She also oversees the American Dream Weekend Housing Expo as well as the RPAC Committee.
Nancy Yarborough, e-PRO, Education and Events Coordinator
Nancy directs the operation of the continuing education courses and also acts as the events planner for WSRAR’s monthly membership meetings. Nancy provides operational support for the Education, Orientation, Social and Sponsorship Committees.
