New Tempo Support Site- Triad MLS has a new support utility to help our users get more out of Tempo. The address is http://support.triadmls.com. In addition to the help screens located within Tempo, this will offer you another avenue to easily access information regarding Tempo and give you the ability to search Knowledgebase articles. In addition, you will be able to submit help ‘tickets’ online and even communicate live with a support representative via an On-line chat utility. All emails currently sent to helpdesk@triadmls.com are now routed through this support system so we have the ability to track and trend these as well.

Note: the online keybox activity reports will only include information from members that have updated their key using a cradle since they accessed your box. To get a complete keybox activity report, you will still need to physically read the keybox then call SUPRA for assistance.
